Hey all!
It's the final 24 hours of the campaign and we're in awesome shape. Here's the status of everything that's coming:
It's the final 24 hours of the campaign and we're in awesome shape. Here's the status of everything that's coming:
- Can You See Them? is done with proofing and the PDF is ready for beta release (basically, I put it in front of all of you to see if there are any last-minute errors). I've also sent the book off to our printer in Canada to start getting proofs made.
- The Diner's been ready for over a year. I need to make the VHS versions of it, which shouldn't take long.
- Horror RPG Core Rulebook's March 2024 variant is complete and in proofing. It's really, really, REALLY cool. Almost every page has a different layout, like the old mags of the '80s. It's exciting. I'll post some pics below in the backer-only area.
- The Arcade is halfway composed and currently getting art made for it. I can't decide if I want the kids to go inside the video games or the monsters to come out of them. TBD.
- All enamel pins for the campaign are ordered. All of them except for The Arcade are here. The Arcade will show up sometime in early March, shortly after the Pledge manager.
- Xanthaphobia is underway. I'm building a lot of it around the actual number of people receiving copies of the uncensored version since there are going to be physical rewards tailored specifically to them. It's hard to go into too much detail without spoiling the surprise, but it's gonna be pretty rad.
- All the T-shirts are designed and ready to be ordered.
- Most of the supplies are ordered and ready to go for the shipments, particularly the VHS cases. We have a few hundred cluttering up my office right now.
We're super dang close to hitting the next stretch goal, which is the Sock It To Me! scenario, which will go into the back of the Horror RPG Core Rulebook. So if you want to see the goal hit, make sure to share our promotions today and early tomorrow so we can get it.
Anyways, thank you all a ton for your support. I'm very happy that Horror has been a big success since I started putting it out. It's giving me an opportunity to put to paper some nutty ideas I've had bouncing around in my noggin for the last few years. We're already planning our next "season" of Horror releases, which we should have information about soon.
If y'all need anything, be sure to hit me up here or at [email protected]
Ciao!
