Edit: I can help everyone with past shipments and missing items, but do NOT currently have hard dates on when certain rewards will ship. Dave generally updates as soon as he has those dates!

Hey all! Bree here. I am back from maternity leave and ready to take your questions. I do see a lot of concern regarding shipments - email me at [email protected] with your inquiries, including tracking info! Please include the email address you used to pledge so I can confirm I've found you. The full name you used to back is also helpful. 

If you have received your order and are missing items, let me know what you haven't received (via email) and I'll look into it. If your order includes the Arcade and VHS versions, we haven't shipped to you yet. On that note, please get those address changes in if you haven't!

Sorry for the delays everyone! Do keep in mind that I am playing catch up, so replies may be slower than usual, but I WILL get back to you, I promise! Thanks so much for your patience and support!

I dunno if you all saw the earlier post, but Aubrey's on maternity leave right now and has been for the last couple weeks. Kind of a perfect storm for shipping, eh?

So, for the time being, send CS inquiries to [email protected], and I'll get you squared away and answer direct questions.

To answer a few blanket questions:

• If you ordered CYST hardcover, The Diner, and the horror slasher mag variant—but no other items—your item has shipped.
• If you ordered the items above and you also got Xanthophobia (but nothing else) we'll be shipping all of those things sans Xanthophobia this week.
• If you ordered the Arcade, VHS special editions, or the CYST softcover, we're waiting for those items to finish printing. No solid ETA beyond "soon."
• Xanth will go last. No ETA. 

Aubrey says she'll be back next week, but I want to ease her back into it just in case there's a lot. So reach out to me at [email protected]

I'll try to get with you all as soon as I can. I *am* just a one-man show right now, but it's important to me that you all get taken care of.

Hey everyone,

The first round of Can You See Them has shipped. These are orders that only contain the main book in hardcover, the Diner, and the Horror RPG. If you have an order that has different items (VHSes, The Arcade, etc.) then it hasn't shipped yet. 

The Arcade is being finalized now, and the VHS versions have been sent off to get proofing samples and should get back soon.

If you think you should have your order now or there's an issue with your order, don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. A quick note: Aubrey is currently on maternity leave, so we may be slow to get back to you, but we will eventually get back. If you're on Discord, you can also reach out to me directly.
